Hello all,

Can someone explain to me what the spo2 is recording and how to read the data? Seems pretty limited. If I’m reading correctly there are very little variations throughout the night for me?

I would say that your conclusion is correct, and that is good.

 

This has just been  temporarily released to a small percentage of users on a trial basis.  Hopefully it will eventually come to all with more explanation, but for now, just accept that you are one of the few who even have it, even though without much explanation.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
