SPO2 app can't install

when I select to install on Spo2 tracker it just loads and never starts to download.

Does any help please?

Hi @AnthonyBaakliny - try logout of the Fitbit App  and restart the phone and the watch [for good measure] as a first step and try again.

Also see if it is already installed which it should be by default. As this feature can use as much as 2 days of the battery life between charges you may have deleted it and are trying to reinstall it. To check, in the Fitbit App Gallery tile scroll to the bottom, it may be around there if already installed.
