I really liked the SPO2 clock because I do have issues with minor sleep apnea and found that the monitoring of the SPO2 helped me lower the incidents I was having at night. Yesterday the SPO2 monitor stopped and now no heart rate, steps or anything. I tried to find a customer service number but in reviewing this board I see I am not the only person with this problem. I read through a lot of the comments but did not see many suggestions on what to do. Only one suggestion was to factory resent, but that seems rather drastic. Is there a customer service number? or are they going to revamp the clock and send out a notice?
