Can I ask why the SPO2 is only recorded when using a SPo2 clock face?! I mean the technology is in the device already? Therefore what’s the point of offering the option for different clock faces and the facility to record your SPo2 but these features cannot be used together? Am I missing something here?

Hello @Serialkym83
No, your not missing anything. For the Ionic, Versa, Versa Lite Edition, and Versa 2, SpO2 data is only collected when you use an SpO2 clock face. You can read more about it here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2459.htm
😕 I’m sorry if this wasn’t the response you were hoping for but I hope my response at least provided you with an answer

@Serialkym83 Everything Fitbit does is proprietary. The SpO2 clock face was necessary for all the smartwatches, including the Versa 3 and Sense. Fitbit never seems to share the "why" for a decision like this. Fitbit released a firmware update for the Versa 3 and Sense that gives your your SpO2 without a clock face. Fitbit didn't add it to its older smartwatches.
