Versa 2 does not sync steps,

I have tried all the trouble shooting advice to sync but still watch shows steps but the app doesn't. My sleep gets synced though. Advice please

@Trishdee99  Are you saying your watch will show your current steps but your Fitbit App says zero steps?

Yes my watch displays my steps but Fitbit app reads zero

Hello again @Trishdee99 

Id try logging out of the Fitbit App, force shut the app by swiping it upward then turn off your phone for 1-2 mins then turn your phone back on and log back into the Fitbit App. Swipe downward on the Fitbit App page to force a sync

 

if I’m completely misunderstanding and your not even showing a steps bubble then or your Fitbit app, tap the word edit in the upper right corner, find steps and add then then tap done at the upper right corner.

Hi MegaBite, thanks have followed your steps and no change, I have the number of steps on my phone. In the app I can see the steps in the stats but it still says zero. Its very frustrating

Hello again @Trishdee99 

Whats odd is that your saying your sleep gets synced to the app which tells me your mobile device is indeed paired to your Versa 2. I’m assuming you have already tried restarting your Versa 2…If not please do so. You will not lose any of your data doing a restart. Just press down and hold the button on your Versa 2 until the Fitbit Logo appears then release the button. Now try to sync and hopefully your steps will appear on the Fitbit App. If that fails you can try uninstalling the Fitbit App, restarting your phone then reinstalling the Fitbit App? Just log back in as you normally would. Maybe the original Fitbit App download suffered a “hiccup “ for a lack of better terms. Try this and please come back and let me know how it goes.
