Versa won’t swipe

Hi @Buckly - will it swipe if you double tap the face first? In which case your watch settings may be wrong.
If it does work when double tapped, pull down from the top once and then again and click on the white bars to get to Quick Settings and correct the settings to remove Always on and enable wrist wake.
If that doesn't work try a watch restart. How do I restart my Fitbit device?
