The idea of the product is great! However my time is better spent on other things rather then trying to make it work. My Versa worked only one day and with all of the problems it seems that everyone is having, it would be nice if fitbit would own the problem and put out a statement to that effect. Come up with a time line to a engineer a solution rather then wasting everyones time on non effective fix attempts. Fitbit step up.

Hi, @SunsetRunner! Could you be explicit about what problem you're having? I have a Versa Lite and I'm not having any problems.

Glad someones works. Mine will not sync with phone. Phone cannot find device. I have done the reboots, resets and reload app. Nothing has worked. It preformed well first two days then nothing. It will be heading back to vendor.

Unfortunately, some of the issues are with the app. It's not a tracker issue. I'm optimistic that they'll solve them soon, with so many people complaining. I usually find an app build that works and stick with it until there's a good reason to update. Best of luck finding an alternate tracker system that works for you.
