I got a Versa last week and set it all up fine.
Set eat notifications for calls/ WhatsApp up and did a couple of tests to make sure it was working.
The next day it just seems to have stopped working. I’m not getting any notifications
through at all. I opened the app and it won’t sync.
I have been through all the troubleshooting steps and I still can’t get it to sync.
It doesn’t’t tell you what to do if it still won’t sync, should I take it back to the store?
I bought is I wanted to use the Fitbit pay option but I don’t think it will work as I don’t seem to be connected.

Regarding the notifications issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing with your Samsung Galaxy A3, I checked out the supported devices list and I'm afraid to say that this model is not listed. This may be the reason why all the features are not working properly, in this case the notifications.
However, you can go ahead and submit a request in our Feature Suggestions board and people can vote for it. The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.
