I was really bummed to learn today that the Fitbit Versa 2 is not completely functioning when using a Samsung Note 10. This is a top of the line phone and there are no indications when you buy a fitbit that this is a possibility. When are you gong to fix the texting bugs and syncing issues.
Pissed off by fitbit.
This sucks.

I was able to confirm that this phone model (Note 10) is currently not listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app: Which devices are compatible with the fitbit app?
If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch, however, we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility. Some users have also found useful the steps listed here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Unfortunately we haven't received any updates to be able to know when more devices will be included in the list of compatibility. I hope too that other phone models can be included in the near future.
