Samsung S7 using versa and linking bitmoji

I have tried every thing to fix this and try to link and it will not let me it has the right android system and snap chat and Bitmoji and linked but it will not link to the watch can anyone help please?

Have you done diagnostics? Reset Versa & reinstall all apps?

Hi @GrubbyDuck , nice to see you back. thank you for your post and information shared.  

@Kathryn30 a warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your post. 

In order to research the best way possible to help you out, could you please specify if you are having issues connecting Snapchat with Bitmoji? Those apps with the Fitbit app? Or if you cannot install the Bitmoji clock face in your Versa?

The more information, you can provide, will help the Community help you further. 

If possible please let us know if you receive an error message! And if so what does it say!
