Samsung note 10 plus not receiving text notifications

My fitbit versa 2 just randomly stopping recieving text notifications. ALL other notifications are coming through. I went to the Fitbit website and tried ALL the trouble shooting suggestions (spent well over 2 hours doing this) and I am still not getting notifications. If this doesn't change, then i want my money back!

Hi @MPacheco2010 , besides iPhones, also some Android devices have the text notification issue, mainly Samsung users (Tizen?). Fitbit is aware of the problem and workinf on a fix for it. regards kuzibri

Help...Someone! I talked with someone in Malaysia but they were not able to help me. Received a Versa 2 for Christmas. I have a Samsung 10. For about 2 weeks was able to get all notifications, now I do not get texts, still get everything else. I have done everything...I even went in and got a new versa 2. Am I just out of luck?  Help...I really wanted that feature.

I have an LG V40 ThinQ and can't get text notifications either.  Everything else seems to work fine. When will we know it is fixed?

Hi @Cjbbsk , unfortunately only the tech team knows, but I'm convinced that they will communicate it when it's fixed. May take a while since they also have to solve the iOS13 update problem, caused by Apple. Regards kuzibri
