Versa wont charge

Hello

My versa all of a sudden stopped working last night. Just a black screen now. It had around 50% battery when it went black and when I plugged it in it comes up as 0% battery but has been on charge for several hours and still black and put it back on charge and still showd 0%. 

I have tried pressing all 3 buttons at once for 10-12 seconds but nothing is happening. Can anyone help?

Hi @Cathliamluke , when your Versa is still under warranty, contact Customer Support. Regards kuzibri
