I brought my wife a Versa 2 brand new and for the love of money I have only got the watch to sync twice. I have reset the watch the app, gone through all the tips and tricks still no joy. Is this an issue that Fitbit are aware of as I am losing all hope in there’s products and getting to the point of wanting a refund from them. Anybody else having these issues????

Make sure in battery settings the fitbit app is set to manage manually and not automatically
