Was horrified today to receive a replacement for my Versa which suddenly stopped working after just a few short months. The replacement is very badly scratched and looks dirty like it's second hand! My original, thou it no longer worked was in absolute pristine condition, no scratches as I protected it with screen protector. Has anyone else had this trouble?? I tried to do live chat 3 times to get this resolved, but each time, either it got cut off or the upload for photo proof wouldn't work. This is disgraceful. I bought an expensive watch and have ended up with a scratched, dirty piece of tat!
