My screen went out.

 Fitbit screen went black. Shows nothing. I held it for 10 seconds several times still nothing. Fitbit Versa. Logo soes not come up. It has a full charge

Hi @Euneek  - it is likely to have no charge and needs charging, unless it got water in it.

 

The battery level you see in the Fitbit App is when it last synced, you can see when that was there.

I got it off the charger, worked out. It worked a little while and went
black. I knew something was wrong when it said I had 150,000 steps.
