Do I have to manually sync my watch daily to the device it’s linked to at the time ie my iPad at home or to my phone when I’m out (away from my ipad) to access all the apps such as the weather?

Hi @Bell736 - it should sync automatically to your phone if the setup is correct and it is probably not a good idea to have it synced to 2 devices, as that can create syncing problems.

In order to sync or get weather updates it needs access to the Internet of your phone.

If you want to check it's connectivity, try the free SimpleCheckUp app. This will tell you when your watch last synced and if its connecting to the Fitbit App, directly on the watch, so you will know what the situation is.
