The Screen on my versa is covered in white and green lines, I’ve done the update that was available and attempted to reset it! It’s only a few months old! Any suggestions?

If by Reset, you mean you have tried Restart, then now try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.

How can I do this if I cannot see anything on the screen? I have done the available update using my iPad!
