In the last few weeks I'm experiencing intermittent screen issues and battery drain on my Versa. Is this a firmware issue?
I have tried several factory resets, reverting to a stock clock face, unpairing and repairing with my phone. I've been waiting about two weeks for a resolution from support-- they started a case for me, then sent a feedback survey without resolving my issue.
In the meantime, I have to restart my Versa anytime I need to use the screen and am getting 1-2 days of battery life from a full charge. I've had it 5 months.

I have been having the same issues with my versa 2 for the last few months. I have tried restarting thru the settings app, I've tried a factory re-set, I've tried turning off functions that cause battery drain, and I've also contacted the help center thru their Twitter DMs. I haven't gotten a response after reaching out a second time (which was after exhausting all the methods they recommended to fix the issue from the first time). Currently, the screen is still not responding without a restart and the battery drains in less than 48 hours after receiving a full charge. I bought it back in November of 2019, so its only about 6 months old. Getting very irritated.
