I have had my Versa 2 for about 6wks and last week the home button stopped working. The screen will 'wake' occasionally with movement. Also, I am unable to navigate through the device itself to set alarms (the previously set alarms still alarm, but I am unable to snooze or silence them, they just go off until stops, about 60secs), change music, set exercises, etc. I cannot navigate away from the home screen at all. I am no longer getting notifications on the device either. I double checked that it is set to receive notifications in my phone. I have tried restarting the device, charging to 100%, I changed the clock face to a fitbit developed clock face, but nothing seems to fix the problem. I am getting really frustrated. Also worth noting, It seems to be recording all my activity, HR, sleep cycles, and time and date stay correct.
Not sure if it is relevant, but i use iphone as my mobile syncing device.

Im having the same issue, my button has completely stopped working, have no idea why. Its fully charged, I havent got it wet, as i take it off whenever i go near water 🤷:female_sign:🤷:female_sign:
