My Fitbit Versa no longer gives me the time with a wrist flick after the update. It requires two hard taps. Any fix?

Please go to your quick settings and verify if the screen wake hasn't been turned off. Swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
If this setting is set correctly, please try restarting your Versa by following these steps How do I restart my Fitbit device?
