Screen Wont Turn On

My versa screen went black a few days ago and yet to turn back on still. I've connected to the charger. I've tired restarting it, holding the left button and bottom right button. Also, even changing the clock face. Nothing works, I feel the vibrate that's it on, feels all the notifications. The screen just won't turn on. What do I do?

mine did the same thing...now in hind site, wish I didnt unsync from the versa ,at least it would still sync on my phone. now its unpaired, I can't see the screen to re-pair!! 😠 still awaiting a fix before I contact the company to send it back 🤷🏾

I charged my watch yesterday, and when the alarm woke me up this morning I tried to turn it off, and my face w po uldnt turn on, so I pushed the left button and it stopped, but the screen still didnt turn on. So far, I've tried the left and bottom button and the factory reset all 3 buttons... nothing happens. All of my lights are off on the back., except the green light will flicker for about 5 seconds every 5 minutes or so but the screen never responds. Has Fitbit reached out to either of you guys for assistance??

Same thing just happened to me right now this morning.  My device vibrated then the screen went black.  It vibrates for notifications but the screen won't turn on.  I've tried restarting it, plugging it into the base and still nothing.  No indication of charging at all either.  I wish they'd find a solution for this.  It's frustrating to pay for a featured product only to have it for a month and have it inoperable. 😧

I sent my versa in for warranty on this issue... on 6/25... as of 7/3 it
showed it was delivered per the tracking number... They said I'd be emailed
when the new one... or the, refurbished one is sent back to me, and here it
is July 10th and nothing so far. Ridiculous after only having the watch
since April.
