Screen black Versa

Fitbit Versa watch screen is black.  Won't show clock or even let you get to dashboard.  Wiped back of watch off so is clean.  It is charged 97%.  if I scroll from bottom up it gives me the Today word with fitbit symbol but will not go anywhere else.  Scroll from top down and states no new notifications.  The other two buttons do nothing either.  If I scroll right to left it will show me the other symbols but when I click on one it comes center but then does nothing when tapped.  Watch is only 15 months old.

I am having the same issue with mine.  The main screen that shows the clock, steps, and heart rate is black.  If I swipe left it shows alarm, exercise, ect. icons.  Scroll bottom up shows word and Fit Bit symbol.  Mine will not do anything else either.  I cannot get mine to sync either.  Versa is 100% charged.  My watch is a year old.  The first one was a month old and was defective so I was sent a replacement.  Not sure what to do right now.

I was finally able to sync my watch and now the screens are all back and appear to be working.  That said, there is something wrong with the watch.

Mine did this same thing this morning. 

 

Strange thing; watch did an update (not near phone) on its own Thursday evening and haven't been able to sync since. My Versa is only 10 months old. Now this morning it went black; placing it on the charger and near the phone/computer hasn't helped yet. Tried to us their help feature to reach someone...but times out before I can enter problem and then won't let me back in to try again. Grrrrr.
