Versa 2 screen and syncing issues

I bought versa 2 since last dec 2019. I forgot to charge the battery 2 days ago and it depleted.

 

After charging the sreen restart again but froze with fitbit logo on it. Had performed multiple soft restart but issue didn't resolve.

 

Bluetooth and location on phone is turn on. However phone did not able to find my versa 2 to be paired with and when try to sync from fitbit app also received error 'no device found'.

 

What is going on? It still new and could not because of battery issue.
