This is my 2nd Versa. The 1st one had to be replaced due to the screen going black. They replaced while under warranty. Not even a year later & the one they replaced it with is bad. The whole screen detaches from the band. You can see Everything inside. FITBIT won't do anything about it. I keep it from opening by wrapping a rubberband around it! So embarrassing when people ask why I have a rubberband on it ( I work in pharmacy so I see a lot of people) . It wouldn't Sync for months either but now it is. The downside is the battery only lasts a day or 2 as opposed to 4 or so. I never even have it on the bluetooth setting. I'm just very disappointed about the whole thing. I'm in need of a new smartwatch but not sure what to do. I can't just throw money away & buy Fitbit every year. They should stand by their merchandise.
