Screen distortion

Help a girl out ... new to this. 

Had my versa approximately a month and today half my screen isnt working fully. it's very distorted and cant use it properly. Any help would be appreciated guys

Hi @SunsetRunner - That’s an unusual problem. Please try restarting your Versa. That may help snap everything back into focus. Here’s how to restart your Versa:

  1. Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the left button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

I have a similar issue, except that I can see only the top half of my screen so scrolling to the bottom to select About -> Factory Reset is not an option.  This issue appears to have started the ONE time that I wore this in the shower.  So much for water resistance to 50m.  Any ideas?
