Screen has come loose

Hi! 
I need help with my versa 3. One day I just noticed that the screen on my Fitbit had come loose. It’s still tracking everything but the screen isn’t working. I’ve had to use tape to make sure it doesn’t completely fall off since it’s just a tad attached. 

I bought it under a year ago and haven’t been doing anything wreck less to it. Always careful, taking it off whenever showering etc.

There are quite a few posts reporting this problem. It doesn't seem to be easily repairable but if you are still covered by warranty then you ought to be eligible for a replacement. If you contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com they can check on your warranty status and advise on your options.
