Wore my Versa for the very first time while swimming yesterday. Worked fine until this morning. Partial and faded display. Extremely irritated as I have had this watch for less than a year.

Hi, did you dry your Versa thoroughly after swimming, including the band? Restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, I'm afraid that there is some water damage and advice you to contact Customer Support.

I took the Versa off before showering. Never physically took a cloth to dry it. Should I consider a bowl of rice?15568090781462731604806857794230.jpg

You can try it of course, leave it in the rice for a few hours.

Also might try switching to a Fitbit standard clock face to make sure it's not something about that clock face.  I doubt that is it, but it's worth a shot.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
