I purchased the fitbit versa on April 14 this year. I haven't had any problems with the watch until today. When I woke up I noticed that my watch would not light up. I know it was not dead because I had charged it up to 100% last night before I went on a walk. I have tried restarting the watch and all it will do is vibrate and give off a blue glow. I looked at my sleep from last night and at about 4 am is when my watch stopped working.
Best AnswerI ended up calling customer service and they had me send in just the square piece. My watch was still under warranty so all I had to pay for was shipping it to the manufacture. Then they sent me back a brand new watch and bands. I haven't had any problems since. They were really easy to work with!
