Screen is staticky

My screen keeps going all staticky, have tried resetting and changing the clock face.     The screen is so staticky that I cannot get to the factory reset page.  😫

Thanks for sharing with us the steps that you have already tried. 

I want to share with you the link to the page that shows you how to do the factory reset. If after you do this, your device is still staticky, you can always contact our customer support team.
