Versa 2 - No Message Notifications

I recently switched from Android to iPhone. My Versa 2 connected to my Android without an issue, and would display my text messages and calls on it’s screen. However, now that I have the iPhone, it’s not showing these notifications at all. Everything is turned on that needs to be as far as notification settings. I’ve tried restarting both the device and my phone, as well as deleting and reconnecting the device on my app. I am frustrated and don’t know what else to do

Hi there @DeafWombat, it is nice to see a new face around.

 

Thank you for disclosing all of this information about the annoyance and the measures you took.

I advise cutting the Bluetooth connection between your Android phone and your Fitbit device. You need to thoroughly remove the device in order to assure that there won't be any interference between it and your new phone.
