Screen keeps switching from clock to Settings

my versa keeps buzzing and switching from clock face to notification setting screen. How do I fix this

Hi , restart your Versa several times in a row. Sometimes it needs to be done three or four times to solve the issue.

I am having the same problem. I’ve tried turning on and off multiple times, but the device isn’t responding to a “reset” even when I hold for a long time.

I,m having the same issue. anyone know how to fix it I did a factory reset and it is still happening

I did a factory reset too and sadly that didn’t work. I have continued to have problems with the Fitbit, and so a replacement device has been offered as I’m still under warranty.

This keeps happening to my versa also. I have reset a couple of times but now it won’t move away from the home screen. Any ideas
