I ran an update earlier tonight. It was fine after but now my screen is messed up I see some color at the bottom but that’s it.

Just as a follow up: I’m referring to the clock screen when I first wake it up. I can’t swipe through and see the clock, steps etc. Just some weird random colors at the bottom

My problems started after I updated. And yes I tried multiple times to change the clock face. I think something is permanently messed up on it now but thankfully it’s still under warranty

Seems like this is a common issue. Possibly due to the recent update, as it was working before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
