Hi, help please.

Versa screen  not responding to swipe.  Gets stock between transition sometimes. Did factory reset , not working still.

I’m having the same problem with my right now. The screen is responding at all.

OMG , this product is full of problems. How do I get a new one now.  So sad such a good design but no thru amd thru development.

Firbit took care of this. Sending replacement.

They told me they couldn’t replace mine. My only option was a 25% discount
on a new one....

Don't get your hopes up - 

My Vera also stopped working - no display  only when on charge - did all the usual  turn off turn on again - factory reset recommended by help desk , all to no avail Fitbit send me replacement - kind of them to send one with same fault!  😞

Waiting for  number 3 to arrive 

No1 6 mouths old 

No2 - not even started 

No3 ???????

Could say something stronger  about it !! LOL 

I was also in middle of training routine for a race in March, too which the watch up until last week was being very useful
