Screen not working on Versa

For some reason my screen itself has stopped working.

 

Checked on app and on web based dashboard and the watch is still recording steps, heart rate etc. I had reset a couple of times but same issue. Fitbit icon comes up, sometimes the watch face appears but slowly pixelates and disintergrates and then will not come back on - fully charged.

 

Any ideas?

Mine did the same thing. Did the firmware update yesterday and this morning it was a blank grey screen. It would vibrate to the button pushes. Tried resetting it and now black screen. The heart rate sensor will still light up and I can feel it vibrate and it syncs but no screen.

Same thing happened to me! I reached out but due to my device being outside warranty I get a discount which is basically the same as what they are offering for Mothers Day. I tried convincing them it is a software issue but my device is too old... maybe someone else trying will help out?
