Screen not working properly

The screen on my Fitbit won’t work properly, but just the bottom right section. Everything else is fine but when I want to pause or stop exercises, the bottom right section of the screen where the pause icon is just won’t register that I’m touching it. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Hi @Jotiern  - the first thing to do is restart it in case it is a temporary problem.  If it persists then it is faulty and needs replacing.

 

In which case take it back to where you bought it and demand a new one under warranty or get a refund and buy a new one.
