Attempted factory reset and soft reset repeatedly for 4 days, screen still not responding to swipes and taps. I am also unable to pair the device. Spent hours on end researching and trying to get my versa screen to work. It’s pretty much useless at this point and hoping that at the very least I can post and find new work arounds or perhaps a new device from a different company? Please help
