First my heart rate/steps wasn’t working. So I restarted a few times, tried charging it changed the clock interface and now when hitting the back button the screen is either fully black with only the backlight turned on or I see part of interface and other times it’s the full interface. Regardless the Interface isn’t clear it’s snowy Blotchy and slowly disappears to blackness. And later I feel it vibrate for no reason.
there were no issues prior to the recent update that was provided by Fitbit
and I use iPhone 11 plus is my mobile device
