Screen on Versa isn’t working

Got my versa in May and out of nowhere the screen isn’t working right. It only shows me half of the screen. I tried letting it die and charging. Still does the same thing. It wasn’t dropped.... I didn’t go in water with it🤷🏼‍:female_sign: Anyone else? How do I fix?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

@MrsReck, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. I would like to follow up on the display issue that your Versa is experiencing.

 

I would just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after restarting your watch as @SunsetRunner advised.

 

In addition, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I had the same issue with versa. had to send it back and get a new one

I have restarted at least a dozen times and still does the same thing. My clock face is the standard one from Fitbit! Now seeing how to get it replaced.

I got hold of customer service with fitbit, and they help me get a
replacement
