I am very upset that I contacted Fitbit via chat after I sent an email with pictures and videos and got no response. My Fito it screen was unresponsive and would turn black I made a video and took some pictures and emailed them. As soon as the email went out I was putting my Fitbit down and the screen popped off! So I emailed them right away with a picture.
i just finished chatting with an agent on the chat and they said my warranty is finished (I bought the versa Jan.15.2019) and they could only offer me 25% off, are you kidding me?!?!?
that is ridiculous they didn’t even offer to repair it seeing as the screen fell off

If it just fell off
Or Assurion will replace the screen, free if you have the extended warranty

I do not have an extended warranty.
In all honesty though these watches should last quite a bit not just a year.
