This morning I woke up my fit bit versa was dead, I put it on charge went down made my tea, then came backup it was at 24% But I was able to see the screen and all my messages. I put it on sat and drank my tea and then when I went to go for a shower and put it back on charge. When it came to take it off it was extremely warm and would not turn on. I have tried holding the left back button with the top I have tried the combination of all 3 and I've tried to combination of the back left and the bottom none of these are working to reset or turn on. Any suggestions

Hi @Kelly.Elderfiel, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

I’ve had exactly the same happen to my Versa. It is completely unresponsive - the heart rate sensors are not flashing.

Prior to this happening I had noticed that hate heart rate sensor had been acting up - getting stuck at 183BPM when I was sitting at rest! The battery had also suddenly been draining incredibly quickly. I charged it two days ago in the afternoon and by 10pm it was down to 48% and then it died during the night just after 3am and has not turned on again since.

Initially the Versa was getting very hot when plugged into the charger but now it is getting warm but not switching back on.
