Screen says data not cleared

My fitbitscreen says:

"Data not cleared

Sync&try again"

I did everything that I found on the net but nothing helps.

What can I do more?

Hi @sarurojo  You need to try  factory reset again. Can you get to your settings app on your versa? If you can scroll down to About and try a Factory Reset. Ifbthis doesnt help please come back here.

Hi,

I can’t do anything.
On the screen there is a red cross and it says Data not….
I can’t change the screen.

I think the problem is that I can’t restart.
If I erase the fitbit app and in bluetooth and then I want to install again he doesn’t find the fitbit
