Bought my fitbit Versa in July2018 it is January 2018 and the screen has completely stopped working!!
I've tried to restart it but it's just black. It was working fine for half the day and towards the evening the screen completely stopped working.

Mine did something similar on Sunday and only way it came back on was to put it in the charger, even though it showed 45% battery life once it had finished restarting. But one seemed to have no effect.

Mine did the same thing! During Zumba last night the exercise mode kept pausing, i thought maybe my hand hit the pause button. Then the home screen started flickering, I charged it, after I took it off the charger the screen just showed colored lines and now, nothing. Well it is still tracking everything I just don’t have the screen!

Hi, I would advice you to contact Customer Support about your problem, seems a hardware issue.

It did exactly that !!! The light still flashed at first but now it’s not even working at all. It’s so frustrating. I will be contacting customer support. Hopefully we can both get this resolved ! Good luck with yours !
