Versa wont connect to bluetooth anymore.

The watch all of a sudden refuses to connect to my phone and use its notifications feature.

 

I power cycled both the watch and the phone, all software is up to date. The watch syncs to the app but it wont connect to the phone and take my notifications.

What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Im getting a fair bit impatient.

 

Power cycles dont work, factory resets dont work. Trying to set it up on a different phone doesnt work.

For the last 2 days I haven’t been able to connect my versa to either my phone or my iPad. I have tried uninstalling restarting etc but it won’t connect. I still haven’t been able to do the update as it won’t find my versa! Getting frustrated worse Fitbit I’ve ever had would never recommend to anyone!
