Screen versa 2 flickers

I have a versa 2 and out of the blue the screen started to flickers many horizontal green lines. If it stops there is also 1 vertical blue line. I saw other people on this community with similar problems and I already tried the proposed solutions: 1) restart the Fitbit and 2) Change the clock interface. Neither of them worked. The watch is still (and maybe worse) flickering green. If I scroll to the apps (alarm, music,....) I can see the apps trough the flickering but very difficult.

What to do?

I didn't fall and the watch didn't get wet.

Also not all monitors light on the back are working.
