Mi screen won't light up I can feel the watch working ,vibrations , and I used to track mi data on my phone but the connection has  also gone

Hi @GREENOCK1 - it may have got wet inside, but just in case try double tap the screen and swipe in any direction to see if you get a display - if it does, the clock face may have a problem. Double tap and then press and hold the face and change the clock face.

If when you try and charge it it gets hot stop immediately as it is dangerous and it is obviously faulty.

Hi thanks for your assistance have tried lots of things double taps triple taps ten ×tops swipes shakes nearly thrown against a wall all to no avail so in the hands of customer support. Thanks again Sent from my Galaxy
