My versa 3 ran out of battery on the weekend and ever since turning it on I cannot use it, all that comes on the screen is the little phone saying “download the app”. I am at my wits end with this I’ve spent three days trying to fix it and nothing is working, I’ve re downloaded the app multiple times, tried on both wifi and Bluetooth, I’ve removed the device and re-added it multiple times and still nothing, once it connects it says there’s an update available but when I try to update it it says wifi firmware failure. PLEASE HELP

Hi @Domsal - try removing the Bluetooth entries for your watch from the phone.
Remove the watch from the Fitbit account and logout of the app.
Restart both watch and phone and with the watch charging near the WiFi source, login to the Fitbit App, click profile photo, "+ Set up a Device"
You may be able to recover control of the watch.
Note: you cannot pair a watch manually in the phone's Bluetooth.
