My versa 3 stopped working after placing it to charge and it automatically did an update. Screen won't turn on, the sensors don't light up, it does vibrate when touched. It will not sync with the phone app either.
What can I do?
Customer service doesn't exist on weekends.

This same thing happened to me yesterday. I did the update in the morning and then in the afternoon my watch was dead. It won’t turn on at all even when I charge it. It seems to get hot when on the charger but it may have before that I just didn’t notice. Seems the update broke the watch.

This is my issue as well. It’s like the watch keeps restarting itself but never boots up.

My Versa3 is working since the iOS update but it won’t stay connected via Bluetooth. I have to keep reconnecting the Bluetooth to sync my Versa 3.
