I got my Fitbit versa in may 2018. I wore it with no issues till January 2019. Had a break from it. Charged it up and went to turn it on and screen stays black with a glow in one corner of screen. It is syncing with phone so I know it’s working just screen won’t work. It was stored away in box so no damage has occurred to it. Have tried the reset and that hasn’t worked. Please can you help?

Try a Restart again and do it several times if necessary.
