This morning I went to check the battery charge on my Versa and I have green lines through it.

If your Versa display is corrupted, I recommend restarting the unit by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

Thank you, unfortunately that didn't help. I've spoken with support and I have a new one on the way.
