Recently charged my fitbit versa  now the screen/display will not turn on, but still tracks steps, tried to turn it off and back on nothing happens screen still will not appear

Hi, sometimes it's necessary to restart your watch several times before the problems are solved. When you have done that and the problem still exists, contact Customer Support. Good luck.
